[mlir][linalg] Remove redundant implicit terminator trait(NFC) (#166298)
This PR removes duplicated `SingleBlockImplicitTerminator<"YieldOp">`
since `LinalgStructuredBase_Op` already defines it. and clean up
formatting for other OpDefs.
