[X86] VPTERNLOG comments - use "mem" just for full width loads and "m32bcst" / "m64bcst" for broadcast loads (#143721)
Use "mem" just for full width loads and "m32bcst" / "m64bcst" for 32-bit (D) / 64-bit (Q) broadcasts.
Fixes #143679
