Reland "[llvm-exegesis] Disable load store aliasing test"
This reverts commit aeed686aab8746e8e794f97c895727fc9e51731e.
The test is no longer causing llvm-objdump to crash, but we're
getting different errors from llvm-exegis, like:

```
