[AMDGPU][ConstantFolding] Fold llvm.amdgcn.cube* intrinsics
Summary:
This folds the following family of intrinsics:
llvm.amdgcn.cubeid (face id)
llvm.amdgcn.cubema (major axis)
llvm.amdgcn.cubesc (S coordinate)
llvm.amdgcn.cubetc (T coordinate)
