Revert "[clang-repl] support code completion at a REPL."
This reverts commit eb0e6c3134ef6deafe0a4958e9e1a1214b3c2f14 due to failures in
clangd such as https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/57/builds/29377
