[AddressSanitizer] Delete outdated test (NFC)
lifetime intrinsics are now restricted to alloca arguments, so
the scenario that this is testing for cannot occur anymore. The
lifetime intrinsics in this test actually get completely removed
by the IR auto-upgrade.
