[MC] maybeParseSectionType: test CommentString instead of AllowAtInIdentifier
Rework https://reviews.llvm.org/D31026
AllowAtInIdentifier is a misnomer: it should be false for ELF targets,
but is currently true as a hack to parse expr@specifier.
