Use a different guard define than linux/sparc/sysdep.h.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/sparc32/syscalls.list: Remove
stubs for inlined syscalls.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/sparc64/sysdep.h
