* posix/getconf.c (main): Prepend just $GETCONF_DIR/ instead of
$GETCONF_DIR/_ to spec.
* posix/confstr.c (confstr): Remove leading underscores for
_CS_POSIX_V6_WIDTH_RESTRICTED_ENVS.
