* i386-opc.tbl: Break cvtsi2ss/cvtsi2sd/vcvtsi2sd/vcvtsi2ss
into 32bit and 64bit. Remove Reg64|Qword and add
IgnoreSize|No_qSuf on 32bit version.
* i386-tbl.h: Regenerated.
