* emultempl/elf32.em (gld${EMULATION_NAME}_after_open): Use the
environment variable LD_RUN_PATH if neither -rpath nor -rpath-link
were used.
(gld${EMULATION_NAME}_before_allocation): Use the environment
variable LD_RUN_PATH if -rpath was not used.
* ld.texinfo, ld.1: Document LD_RUN_PATH.
