* breakpoint.c (enable_longjmp_breakpoint,
disable_longjmp_breakpoint, set_longjmp_resume_breakpoint):
Check for duplicate breakpoints at the same address. Bug report
and preliminary fix from Dave Morrison, <drmorris@us.oracle.com>.
