* Makefile.in (ALL_EMULATIONS): Add eelf32l5900.o
(eelf32l5900.c): Add rule for building.
* configure.tgt: Use r5900 specific emulation script.
* emulparams/elf32l5900.sh: 5900 specific emulation script.
