Add plugin functionality for link-time optimization (LTO).

(Archive::include_member): Add symbols from plugin objects. * archive.h (Archive::get_file_and_offset): Add memsize parameter. * descriptors.cc (Descriptors::open): Check for file descriptors abandoned by plugins.
