* object.cc (Xindex::initialize_symtab_xindex): New function.
(Xindex::read_symtab_xindex): New function. (Xindex::sym_xindex_to_shndx): New function. (Sized_relobj::find_symtab): Pick up SHT_SYMTAB_SHNDX section if available.
