Make cross compilation work better.
* tm-mips.h (GDB_TARGET_IS_MIPS): Define for mips-xdep.c.
(READ_MIPS_FORMAT, COFF_FORMAT): Remove, unused now.
* mips-xdep.c: Remove most include files (unused, caused errs).
(fetch_core_registers): Use right parameters in dummy fn.
