* target.h (struct regcache): Add forward declaration.
(struct target_ops): Add REGCACHE parameter to to_fetch_registers and to_store_registers target operations. (target_fetch_registers, target_store_registers): Update. * regcache.c (regcache_raw_read): Replace register_cached by regcache_valid_p. Pass regcache to target_fetch_registers.
