Incorporate ARI web page generator into GDB sources.
* contrib/ari/create-web-ari-in-src.sh: New file.
* contrib/ari/gdb_ari.sh: New file.
* contrib/ari/gdb_find.sh: New file.
* contrib/ari/update-web-ari.sh: New file.
