* README: Remove reference to Ericsson 1800 monitor.
* Makefile.in (remote-es.o): Delete rule.
(ALLDEPFILES): Delete remote-es.c.
* remote-es.c: Delete file.
* config/m68k/es1800.mt: Delete file.
* config/djgpp/fnchange.lst: Update.
* configure.tgt: Delete m68*-ericsson-* target.
