* configure: Regenerated.
* configure.in: Run AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR before AC_CANONICAL_SYSTEM.
* config.in: Regenerated.
* acconfig.h (START_INFERIOR_TRAPS_EXPECTED, sys_quotactl,
HAVE_HPUX_THREAD_SUPPORT): Define.
* gdbtk.c (x_event): Use Tcl_DoOneEvent, TCL_DONT_WAIT,
TCL_ALL_EVENTS.
* configure: Regenerated.
* configure.in (ENABLE_GDBTK): Put TCL_LIBS after TK_LIBS in
LIBS.
