Patches from kkojima@mix.or.jp (Kazumoto Kojima):
* mipsbsd.c (mips_howto_table_ext): Change sizes of memory relocs apply to from two bytes to four bytes. * MY(reloc_howto_type_lookup): Handle BFD_RELOC_CTOR.
