* config.in: Regenerate.
* configure: Regenerate.

* gdbinit.in: Remove mmalloc.
* utils.c: Delete USE_MMALLOC, NO_MMCHECK, MMCHECK_FORCE, malloc_botch.
* config/alpha/alpha-linux.mh: Delete MMALLOC, MMALLOC_CFLAGS.
* config/i386/go32.mh: Likewise.
