Remove we32k support

* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* bfd-in2.h: Regenerate.
* configure: Regenerate.
* po/SRC-POTFILES.in: Regenerate.
opcodes/
* configure.ac: Remove we32k support.
* configure: Regenerate.
bintuils/
* testsuite/binutils-all/objdump.exp: Remove we32k support.
