* Makefile.in: Add libidetcl, like libide.
(all-libide): Remove dependencies on all-tcl, all-tk, all-itcl,
all-ilu.
* configure.IN: Add libidetcl, like libide.
* configure (GDB_TK): If enable_ide, add all-libidetcl.
