Pass target_gdbarch to gdbarch_qsupported.

* remote.c (remote_state): Remove gdbarch.
(init_remote_state): Don't set gdbarch.
(remote_query_supported): Pass target_gdbarch instead of
rs->gdbarch to gdbarch_qsupported.
