Fix uses of litteral `GDB' in `In Memoriam' appendix.
@value{GDBN} should be used in place of GDB, so this patch fixes it. gdb/doc/ChangeLog: * gdb.texinfo (In Memoriam): Replace litteral uses of `GDB' with `@value{GDBN}'.
