* breakpoint.c (update_breakpoints_after_exec, print_it_typical)
(bpstat_what, print_one_breakpoint, allocate_bp_location) (mention): Remove bp_through_sigtramp support. * breakpoint.h (enum bptype): Remove bp_through_sigtramp.
