* ld-elfvsb/elfvsb.exp: Don't run any non-PIC tests on powerpc*-linux.
* ld-gc/gc.exp: Ensure powerpc64 test continues to fail. * ld-srec/srec.exp: Don't edit toc on powerpc64.
