* gdbserver/Makefile.in (MMALLOC_CFLAGS): Add -I${MMALLOC_DIR}.
Correct definition of MMALLOC_DIR to reflect fact this is
gdb/gdbserver/Makefile.in, not gdb/Makefile.in.
* gdbserver/server.c (main): After we kill the inferior in
response to a 'k' request, exit.
