Remove wrong BYTES_BIG_ENDIAN tests, and rename vars to remove
low/high where such is correct only for be.
* config/rs6000/sysv4.h (SUBTARGET_OVERRIDE_OPTIONS): Allow
little-endian for -mcall-aixdesc.
