	* acinclude.m4 ([GLIBCXX_CHECK_C99_TR1]): Remove <wchar.h> and
	<wctype.h> checks.

	* include/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* config.h.in: Likewise.
	* configure: Likewise.
