libstdc++: Remove obsolete options from Doxygen config
libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog: * doc/doxygen/user.cfg.in (FORMULA_TRANSPARENT, DOT_FONTNAME) (DOT_FONTSIZE, DOT_TRANSPARENT): Remove obsolete options.
