libiberty: fix lrealpath on Windows NTFS symlinks
gcc computes the wrong prefix if invoked through an NTFS
symlink. Try to resolve it if possible.

* lrealpath.c (lrealpath): try to resolve symlink and
use UNC paths where applicable.
