	* config/cpu/i486: New directory.
	* config/cpu/i486/bits: New directory.
	* config/cpu/i486/bits/atomicity.h: New file.
	* config/cpu/i386/bits/atomicity.h (__compare_and_swap): Delete
	'cmpxchgl' asm.
	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_CHECK_CPU): Enable i386.
