re GNATS libgcj/3 (FileInputStream.available always returns 0)
* configure: Rebuilt.
* configure.in: Check for fstat function.
* java/io/natFileDescriptorPosix.cc (available): Use fstat() if
FIONREAD fails.
This fixes PR 3
