re PR libgcj/1906 (difference between gcj and jdk for MessageFormat)
Fix for PR libgcj/1906:
* java/text/MessageFormat.java (setLocale): Use named class
literals.
(forName): Removed.
(format(Object,StringBuffer,FieldPosition)): Special case if
argument is an Object[].
