testsuite: riscv: pr118170 goes 64-bit without choosing a 64-bit abi
The test selects a 64-bit cpu explicitly, which enables a 64-bit arch,
but the test doesn't set the abi, so it fails on riscv32-elf. Set a
64-bit abi explicitly.
