configure: Rebuilt.
* configure: Rebuilt.
* configure.in: Added inet_ntoa to AC_CHECK_FUNCS.
* include/config.h.in: Rebuilt.
* java/net/natPlainDatagramSocketImpl.cc: Added header checking.
(mcastGrp): Updated FIXME comments.
(setOption): Fixed typo.
(getOption):Implemented IP_MULTICAST_IF.
