Only reset the GIMPLE_DEBUG information in the code gen of if-conversion.

* tree-if-conv.c (predicate_bbs): Do not reset the GIMPLE_DEBUG
information.
(remove_conditions_and_labels): Reset the GIMPLE_DEBUG information.
