tree-ssa-forwprop.c (combine_conversions): Return whether we have to run cfg-cleanup.

* tree-ssa-forwprop.c (combine_conversions): Return whether
we have to run cfg-cleanup. Properly remove dead stmts.
(ssa_forward_propagate_and_combine): Adjust.
