to match @node.
* doc/md.texi (Constraints): Ditto.
* gty.texi (Type Information): Ditto.
(User-provided marking routines for template types): Make
subsection.
* doc/invoke.texi (AArch64 Options): Move before
"Adapteva Epiphany Options".
