re PR bootstrap/26161 (Configure tests for pthread.h sometimes need to use -pthread)

	PR bootstrap/26161
	* configure.ac: Remove AC_CHECK_HEADER for pthread.h. Add comment
	for the other pthread check.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* config.h.in: Regenerate.
