[PR118940][LRA]: Add a test
PR115458 also solves given PR. So the patch adds only a
test case which can be used for testing LRA work aspects different from
PR115458 test case.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
PR target/118940
* gcc.target/i386/pr118940.c: New test.
