* runtime/environ.c: Include unistd.h.
* runtime/pause.c: Test HAVE_UNISTD_H.
* runtime/stop.c: Same.
* io/open.c: Same.
* io/unix.c: Same.
* io/read.c (si_max): Protect declaration of value.
