Move libgcc1 to toplevel libgcc
gcc:
* Makefile.in (LIB1ASMSRC): Don't export.
(libgcc.mvars): Don't emit LIB1ASMFUNCS, LIB1ASMSRC.
* config/arm/arm.c: Update lib1funcs.asm filename.
* config/arm/linux-eabi.h: Likewise.
