Andrew noticed that I added a c++ file to the wrong dir. This patch
corrects it.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gcc.target/riscv/rvv/autovec/pr123074.C: Move to...
* g++.target/riscv/rvv/autovec/pr123074.C: ...here.
* gcc.target/riscv/rvv/rvv.exp: Remove 'C'.
