rx.h (JUMP_ALIGN): Return the log value if user requested alignment is active.
* config/rx/rx.h (JUMP_ALIGN): Return the log value if user
requested alignment is active.
(LABEL_ALIGN): Likewise.
(LOOP_ALIGN): Likewise.
