xcoff.h (ASM_OUTPUT_SKIP): Accept HOST_WIDE_INT.
* config/rs6000/xcoff.h (ASM_OUTPUT_SKIP): Accept HOST_WIDE_INT. (ASM_OUTPUT_ALIGNED_COMMON): Same. (ASM_OUTPUT_LOCAL): Same. From-SVN: r66736
