cpplex.c (parse_name): Don't warn about $ in identifiers if skipping.
* cpplex.c (parse_name): Don't warn about $ in identifiers if
skipping.
* Makefile.in: Remove all references to HOST_INTLLIBS.
* cp/method.c: Don't include hard-reg-set.h.
