* tree.def: Re-order BIT_FIELD_REF, COMPONENT_REF,
ARRAY_REF, ARRAY_RANGE_REF, VIEW_CONVERT_EXPR, IMAGPART_EXPR
and REALPART_EXPR to be in one group.
